ART PARK FESTIVAL ATTENDANCE POLICY, LIABILITY WAIVER & PHOTO RELEASE
By entering, attending, camping at, participating in, or remaining on the premises of Art Park Festival (“Event”), all attendees acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Admission & Minors
- Children ages 13 and under are admitted free of charge but must be accompanied and supervised by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult at all times.
- All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the duration of their attendance at the Event.
- The Event reserves the right to request identification and deny entry to any attendee unable to comply with these requirements.
Assumption of Risk
Attendance at Art Park Festival involves inherent risks associated with outdoor events, including but not limited to:
- Uneven terrain, woods, fields, and natural landscapes
- Weather conditions including rain, wind, heat, cold, and storms
- Temporary structures, art installations, stages, and equipment
- Camping activities and associated hazards
- Participation in recreational, artistic, educational, and community activities
- Actions of other attendees, vendors, exhibitors, performers, and participants
By attending the Event, attendees voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, property damage, loss, theft, or death arising from or related to their participation in the Event.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, each attendee releases, waives, and discharges Art Park Festival, PNLZ, LLC, event organizers, property owners, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, contractors, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from or related to attendance at the Event.
Attendees are solely responsible for their own safety, conduct, personal belongings, and well being while attending the Event.
Medical Emergencies
Attendees understand that emergency medical services may be limited due to the nature of the event and its location. Attendees consent to receiving emergency medical treatment if deemed necessary and acknowledge responsibility for any associated costs.
Photo, Video & Media Release
By entering the Event grounds, attendees grant Art Park Festival, PNLZ, LLC, its affiliates, sponsors, media partners, and authorized representatives the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, record, livestream, and otherwise capture their image, likeness, voice, appearance, artwork, and participation.
Attendees authorize the use of such photographs, videos, recordings, and media for promotional, advertising, marketing, archival, documentary, social media, website, and commercial purposes worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation, notification, or approval.
Attendees waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials and release Art Park Festival and its representatives from any claims arising from such use.
Event Rules & Conduct
All attendees agree to comply with posted rules, staff instructions, safety requirements, and applicable laws.
The Event reserves the sole right to refuse admission, revoke credentials, eject attendees, or remove individuals from the premises without refund for:
- Violating Event rules or policies
- Unsafe, disruptive, threatening, or illegal behavior
- Harassment of attendees, vendors, performers, staff, or volunteers
- Damage to property, art installations, equipment, or natural resources
- Failure to follow directions from Event personnel
No Refunds Due to Removal
Any attendee removed from the Event for violating rules or policies may be denied future admission and shall not be entitled to a refund.
Event Changes
The Event reserves the right to modify schedules, activities, performers, vendors, camping arrangements, operating hours, and programming at any time without notice. The Event may be delayed, suspended, or canceled due to weather, safety concerns, emergencies, government orders, or circumstances beyond its control.
Agreement
By purchasing a ticket, registering, entering, camping, participating in, or remaining on the premises of Art Park Festival, attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to these terms and conditions.
ART PARK Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited on event grounds:
- Weapons of any kind
- Firearms and ammunition
- Fireworks, explosives, and flammable materials
- Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia
- Unlawful or controlled substances without a valid prescription
- Glass containers
- Drones or unmanned aircraft
- Unauthorized motorized vehicles
- Nitrous Tanks
- Hazardous chemicals or toxic materials
- Unauthorized vending, solicitation, or sales
- Aggressive, uncontrolled, or unauthorized animals
- Any item intended to cause harm, disruption, or property damage
- Any item prohibited by local, state, or federal law
ART PARK reserves the right to inspect bags, vehicles, coolers, camping equipment, and personal belongings. Any prohibited item may result in confiscation, denial of entry, or removal from the event without refund. Event staff reserve the right to determine whether any item or behavior presents a safety risk.
